How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you can check its status by logging into our website and your account. Otherwise, you can email us at any time at info@woollypet.com. We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Can you make my order faster?
The standard delivery time for our sculptures is 30-60 days.
If you would like to track the progress of your order, please contact us at info@woollypet.com with your order number.
Can I add or change photos after submitting my order?
Yes, of course! You can send an email to info@woollypet.com with your order number and updated photos within 48 hours of placing your order.
What if I don't have the photo required for making the sculptures?
We will create the sculpture based on the photos you have provided. However, if the photos are not clear or certain features are not visible, some details may not be accurately captured in the final product.
Can I request a specific posture or facial expression for my sculpture?
We do not accept requests for special postures or facial expressions for our sculptures at the moment. We plan to offer more options in the future.
Do you pay for the shipping fee for sending you my pet hair?
We do not pay for the shipping fee for sending us the pet hair.

Where do you ship?
We provide worldwide shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply based on your shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address on an order?
We’re happy to change the shipping address for you as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us at customer@woollypet.com with your order number.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the product and address and will be calculated at checkout.
Will I receive my items at the same time if I order more than one product?
We will do our best to ship all items in your order together. However, due to varying manufacturing times for different products, we cannot guarantee that all items will be shipped in one shipment.

Alterations
I'm not happy with the final product, can I request alterations?
If you are unsatisfied with the finished product, please contact our customer support team at refund@woollypet.com within 48 hours of receiving your Woolly Pet sculpture. We will do our best to address your concerns and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
