Send Your Pet Hair/Ashes to Us in 4 Simple Steps
Step 1 - Collect a small amount of ashes or clean, dry hair from your pet
Woolly Pet memorial sculpture allows for the incorporation of pet fur/ashes or whiskers. Simply collect around 10g -15g of hair/ashes and/or small amount of whisker from your pet and make sure it is clean.
Step 2 - Place the hair/ashes in a sealed plastic bag with your name and order number
Put the hair/ashes in a sealed plastic bag to protect it from moisture or dust during the transit process.
Write your name and your order number on the sealed plastic bag for us to identify your order.
Any failure to include your name and order number might result in a delay in the delivery time.
Step 3 - Send us your pet hair
After placing your order, you’ll receive our address details. Carefully package the sealed bag with your pet’s hair or ashes and send it to us. Ensuring that the contents are secure and properly labeled helps maintain the integrity of the materials and speeds up the customization process.
Step 4 - Leave the rest to us
You've done your part, and now it's time for us to do ours!
Here’s what you can expect next:
- Filming the process: Our team will incorporate the hair or ashes into the sculpture. The entire process will be filmed and shared with you, so you can see the care and dedication that goes into creating your special memorial sculpture.
- Shipping: Once completed, your customized pet sculpture will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You will receive a notification with the tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery status.
